		<description>Yeah, they are trying to raise the price of cigarettes here with a $3 tax per carton... you know because the smokers overburden the health care system, but the fatass diabetic ice cream eating couch potatoes don't.

Anyway, you'll still have one of the smallest percentages of smokers, but then will suddenly just to much proportionally higher cost per cigarette.

I guess you got to pay to sin.</description>
